I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Customer issues/concerns are bound to come up from time to time but it's how people and companies respond that I believe build customer loyalty. I ordered a replacement seat for my Bowflex Revolution. It arrived within the delivery time estimate which was only a few weeks. Part was as ordered and well packaged for shipment.
