I found Fitness Repair Parts on-line: I called in and was put in contact with somebody that guided me right to the part I needed!!

Bowflex referred me to Fitness Repair Part for a dumbbell replacement part they no longer carried. Fitness Plus had it in stock for a reasonable price and shipped it promptly. Really appreciate the support!
